Our Lady of Lourdes and Lymm Golf Club. Geraldine and Mark’s Wedding Day
Our last wedding of 2012 took place on Sat 29th December at Our Lady of Lourdes Church Partington with the reception at Lymm Golf Club. The weather was not on our side, it rained nearly all day so all of the photos had to be taken inside which was a real shame as the grounds outside the church and at the golf club were really lovely. Nevertheless, I’m sue you will agree both bride & groom looked very happy and the photos are really lovely.
Gerry is such a lovely person, when we arrived at her parents house she was busy making sure everyone was ok. She was very relaxed and the atmosphere was calm and peaceful. Gerry looked beautiful. We got some great shots of her with her Mum & Dad and sister Jackie before we left to meet mark at the Church.
The happy couple, Geraldine & Mark met over 2 years ago via Geraldines sister Jackie. Little did Mark know, he had already met his future Mother-in law before his wife to be. Jackie knew that Mark was perfect for Geraldine so a meeting was arranged, neither knew they had both been set up. Their wedding was a real family affair. Marks brother, Father Gerry came over from Ireland to marry them at Our Lady of Lourdes, his cousin Braid played the organ and sang during the ceremony and various membrs of both Geraldine & Marks family did the readings.
Over at Lymm Golf Club everyone had a great time, they danced the night away with live entertainment from a great band “The Last Drop”
