Barton Grange Hotel – Local Wedding Photographer

It seems like a few months ago since we shot the wedding of Rosie & Chris. As a local wedding photographer in the Lancashire area it was a 30 minute drive to the lovely Barton Grange Hotel, near Preston Lancashire.

We met up with Rosie as she was getting ready. As a wedding photographer you have to make do with how the dice rolls on the day. Be it the weather, small rooms etc. We always have a look around local wedding venues a few weeks before. Even venues we have been to before.

We spotted a conference room with a lovely yellow wall, a perfect backdrop for Rosie’s complexion and bouquet. Not only that yellow was Rosie’s colour scheme – how lucky was that – or do you make your own luck!

Once we had finished with Rosie and her preparation shots we met up with Chris and the boys outside the hotel. We also managed to images of their family and friends at this time.

We had very little time with our bride & groom, but we had already found a lovely garden at the rear of the hotel. In less than 10 minutes we had completed a number of lovely images, and another 15 minutes and the classical family shots were done too. Everyone back to the celebration!
